      Pros

      Copart is always on the latest tech stack, encourage team members to take ownership and support in delivering work is fast paced and you learn a lot. After working in Copart, very hard to adjust in other companies. One needs to work very hard and demonstrate good ownership qualities to succeed in Copart and returns are amazing

      Fast paced, if you are used to slow work cultures like the big service companies, Copart is not the place for you

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
