Thanks for the post! I was particularly interested in your comment about our benefits program being lower than others--we regularly benchmark our plans against other employers and find that we offer a strong package, with four different medical plans, two dental plans, vision, life, stock purchase, and other great benefits, and that our coverage levels tend to outperform the market's offering. I would welcome a chance to meet and discuss the areas you feel are lacking and encourage you to set up an appointment to meet with me.
