Unfair. Unorganized - Yard Operative Copart Employee Review

Treated like a child When you carry all the slackers in work and take a little drop yourself you get singled out where as the slackers get away with it. Management constantly messing things up then blames the workers for not pulling their weight. Won't listen to the workers who come up with solutions to problems. Promise progressive roles but don't let you progress when the roles become available There's a lot more to add but can't be arsed with a massive list
