Pros
Able to spend time indoors and outside Wheel loaders are fun to drive! Running your own business (but remember, big brother is always looking)
Cons
Poor upper management- very few have college degrees and it shows. You're unofficially encouraged to fire people to keep the rest of the workers "on track" Audits - you will grow to hate that word. 3-4 computer audits per year and one physical. They expect perfection. If you call below 80% two times and you're gone.
