I was very disappointed to read your post and of your feeling that our benefits and pay are so under-valued. We regularly conduct market studies to ensure that our pay and benefits are competitive in the markets we operate, and recent studies indicate that our benefits program is actually richer and more affordable than most employers, offering 4 medical plans, 2 dental plans, an HSA and FSA options, not to mention tuition reimbursement, scholarships for the children of our employees, and a myriad of other offerings.
With regard to your comment regarding the way you are treated on the job, we have policies in place and expect that our employees will be given a professional environment to work in. If you feel you are being mistreated I would strongly encourage you to contact a member of our Human Resources team so we can work together to assist in evaluating the situation and remedying any issues.
