      Pros

      -Team members were friendly and nice -30 hours per week (as far as part time goes) - Some team members apparently moved up in the company but after at least 3 years

      Cons

      - Graded at least everyday if not 4 out of 5 times a day - The expectations were hard to meet for an 18$ hour job (part time) -Over 70% of the time you deal with unruly people who don't understand anything - Your schedule expectations may not be met -company has way to many things to remember and training is just a huge info dump - Don't even think about sick days

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
