      Pros

      I needed a job & they hired me. Salary wasn't great, jobsite was so so. This was in 1981-92. Hpoefully things have changed.

      Cons

      Salary low. Basically taking advantage of the poor. Extreme pressure to keep0 delinquents low, i.e. under 3.5%

      Management is good to work with, coworkers are really helpful, especially when your first newcomer everyone wants to see you succeed in your position. Pay his average..

      Cons

      Working for a TPA, is not the easiest. Each client that you work with has special service instructions to follow training is pretty much based on your level of experience and ability to adapt quickly to the new position to learn the claim system and requirements as quickly as you can there is no formal training.
