      Some of the employees and managers are easy to get along with and the look out for your best interest

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are horrible. With all the money the company brings in they feel like that shouldn't have to pay you more or lower the cost of health insurance.

      Management is good to work with, coworkers are really helpful, especially when your first newcomer everyone wants to see you succeed in your position. Pay his average..

      Working for a TPA, is not the easiest. Each client that you work with has special service instructions to follow training is pretty much based on your level of experience and ability to adapt quickly to the new position to learn the claim system and requirements as quickly as you can there is no formal training.
