      Pros

      Fairly decent pay for the work. Pretty good benefits, too. There is always work to be done, so you never have to worry about job security.

      Cons

      I felt like a nameless, faceless drone when I worked there. I sat in a cubicle and was barely allowed to chat with my coworkers. They promise you promotions and then you don't get them.

      Management is good to work with, coworkers are really helpful, especially when your first newcomer everyone wants to see you succeed in your position. Pay his average..

      Cons

      Working for a TPA, is not the easiest. Each client that you work with has special service instructions to follow training is pretty much based on your level of experience and ability to adapt quickly to the new position to learn the claim system and requirements as quickly as you can there is no formal training.
