      Pros

      Management is understanding and nice. Team based. Solid benefits.

      Cons

      Management is a bit too understanding. Employees are allowed to get behind and in turn other employees have to make up for it. Raises don’t come on their own year after year. The workload can be too much at times and you don’t get overtime pay.

      Management is good to work with, coworkers are really helpful, especially when your first newcomer everyone wants to see you succeed in your position. Pay his average..

      Cons

      Working for a TPA, is not the easiest. Each client that you work with has special service instructions to follow training is pretty much based on your level of experience and ability to adapt quickly to the new position to learn the claim system and requirements as quickly as you can there is no formal training.
