Pros

The opportunity to work and develop products with a chance to be a part of something innovative. Management is relaxed and stays out of production area. Co workers get nervous when new hire come on board. Job security, think you will notice how they steal time and tell. I'm not sure. Company is great but operators need to welcome new hires.

Cons

Lack of support if you know situations are happening that are hurting the company financially. Is not open door company, don't break chain of command or you will get on supervisors bad side. Supervisor allows unsafe behavior to happen in order to get the job completed.
