Pros

Good benefits, incentive plans, focus on Health/Wellness, & community in the US. The US has been the backbone of top line sales & profitability for the last five (5) years.

Cons

"Typical Dutch" company. If you ain't Dutch, you ain't much. Was on a good track for the future then Europe operations in Bakery dragged the entire organization down. European leadership failed in taking the hard decision to divest / shut down Europe. After considerable profit contribution by the North American operations leadership decided to divest 70% of the business & re-organizes. OK that's business. But in this re-organization not one of the senior leadership position is offered & taken by a non-Dutch professional. Really? Look at the numbers on the website. Profit & fiscal turn-around all occurred in North America with Europe & RoW lagging. Then the two (2) architect's of this divestment & re-organization up & suddenly announce they are retiring at the same time after less than 12 months at the helm. Very un-Dutch like.
