      Payroll was always on time

      i. Anyone you get to know will likely be gone in a year. ii. Leadership punishes anyone who speaks up, even senior management. iii. The strategy is completely flawed, destruction of businesses (Upright Labs, Web Presented, Neatoscan, etc) to meet profit margins is standard and nobody should expect to have any sense of job security iv. Cybersecurity breaches are a result of institutional issues disorganization at many levels

      Pros

      I have worked for many tech companies over the last 12 or so years. Cordance by far is one of the best organization I have worked for. Truly a solid experience from leadership to my counterparts. True collaboration and supportive environment. I'm really excited for my future here.
