Layoffs, worse than the tech industry at large. Pushing arbitrary deadlines just like big corporations. Everyone who interacts with C suite leaves within a year. Increasing amounts of offshoring.

I have worked for many tech companies over the last 12 or so years. Cordance by far is one of the best organization I have worked for. Truly a solid experience from leadership to my counterparts. True collaboration and supportive environment. I'm really excited for my future here.
