Too many people that add no value - Account Executive Cordance Group Employee Review

Pay is ok but they have built commission plans that are pathetic and actually pay out at about 1/3 of what competitors offer. They should expect to see a lot of people leave for better jobs. They have too many people that add no value at all and are really barely employable. There are people in the sales leadership role that have never had any real life sales experience and it is painfully obvious as their only advice during the sales process is to discount. Too many layers of management on the sales side. Inexperienced marketing team that are woefully overemployed and have no idea what they are doing. There are good people, but they will leave.
