Pros

Absolutely none. They operate like they are in the 1980s. They will ruin your company. They do not want to invest. They do not want you to succeed.

Cons

They stripped all resources when we were purchased. They gaslit everyone and continue to do so even after half of the team has been cut and the customers are complaining signifcantly. STAY AWAY. They do not deserve good employees. They will ruin you.

I have worked for many tech companies over the last 12 or so years. Cordance by far is one of the best organization I have worked for. Truly a solid experience from leadership to my counterparts. True collaboration and supportive environment. I'm really excited for my future here.
