Pros
Great company to work for, many employees spend/have spent their entire career with this company - rare. No age discrimination whether younger or older - if you can do the job that's all that matters.
Cons
Many people are brought on as contract temps with no benefits to fill urgent and cyclical needs and might feel less than part of the team - but it is a necessary type of position to fill at all levels with contract manufacturing in order to keep the business financially healthy.
