      Competitive pay Good benefits Decent HR Job security

      Cons

      Almost no training (but QC department gets more training than any of the others). Constant miscommunication, no two senior people will have the same idea of what they want your work to look like. Documentation is all over the place.

      Management is always looking at taking on new projects and clients so there is always change and uncertainty, which is to be expected since CordenPharma is a CDMO.
