      Pros

      Some good people to work with. For me personally, flexible hours, allows work from home. Very resistant to give promotions or pay. Initial salary is normally low balled to allow existing employees to apply at low pay

      Cons

      Company doesn't seem to care much about employees. Recently one employee died on site due to lax safety and no one got fired. Company talks about employee retention but never really does anything about that. Huge employee turnover

      Management is always looking at taking on new projects and clients so there is always change and uncertainty, which is to be expected since CordenPharma is a CDMO.
