      Pros

      Lots of great people, you would meet many good chemists.

      Cons

      Everyone likes each other and will go out of their way to help each other. Upper Mid management controls everything, they give their supervisors little say in anything. Upper mid management has to spend less than half an hour a year with any of their chemists.

      Management is always looking at taking on new projects and clients so there is always change and uncertainty, which is to be expected since CordenPharma is a CDMO.
