Core Digital Media is a fast paced environment to be sure. We are an internet based company and things move quickly. We understand that this is not for everyone and it takes a unique person to thrive in this type of industry. We believe in our fantastic QA team as well as our offshore team who, within this dynamic environment, work very hard day in and day out in close collaboration with our US-based development team. We encourage career growth and have seen many employees rise into management roles. This is supported by the numerous classes we offer and our formal performance review process, where code quality is just one of many clearly established criteria. We encourage our employees to shape their careers and work with them to achieve their goals. Finally our product group does amazing work and many have been here for years. While some have pursued opportunities outside the organization, which is normal for any company, the turnover in the group is relatively low compared to the industry. We appreciate the feedback and will take this into consideration as we move forward.
