Pros
I love the fact that Core-Mark invests into its employees with training and knowledge all the way to matching funds for insurance and 401k's. The work is not tedious but it is steady and fulfilling. A core value of Core-Mark is family and it takes hard work to meet all of your family's needs. I enjoy the feeling that is achieved at the end of each day.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is a customer or employee that doesn't share the same values that other team members do and the relationship is broken between the two. It is a sad situation when Core-Mark loses and individual or a customer due to performance.
