      Great Company, Long Hours - Transportation Manager Core-Mark Employee Review

      Pros

      I think the company has great people and a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time at the San Antonio division.

      Cons

      There were some long hours and long weeks. However that is the nature of the transportation industry especially while servicing convenience stores.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

      Cons

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
