      Pros

      Awesome company, the culture here is the best I’ve ever seen. Management is very involved and I guess that’s the difference. They know me personally and always take time to say hi and ask about my family. The Whse is very clean and everyone knows what their job is.

      Cons

      No incentive pay for day shift but other than that the benefits are great

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
