      Pros

      The pay is great and the benefits are also good

      Cons

      but the work is long and physically demanding if you want the better pay. Your route is often affected by things outside of your control, like the warehouse loading your truck 5 hours late. If you're a hard worker your route be loaded down beyond what it should be.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

      Cons

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
