co-workers whom have stuck around with no bonuses, no incentives, no back-bone to search for their own job.
Cons
100+ year old company, with similar policies, attitudes, and ages of management. Zero-training, high level of unprofessionaism, most manager/execs would not be hired at any other company due to lack of actual management skills. Moved on up to their positions by sticking around. Pay is sub-par. Penny-pincher with zero budget, running a bare-bones operation, while the incompetent execs and upper management collect salaries and stock options. You CANNOT put overtime even though you will work it, they will not pay.
