Ur pay drops to 10$ an hour after 90 days. And ur incentive is nothing. When ur only 90 days in the most you can expect to make is 12-13$ an hour.
Fast food where I’m at pays more than that.
Your forced to work on ur days off, you work 12-16 hour shifts every single night. They promise a 1000$ bonus but it’s taxed so hard you get less than 600$
They say with ur incentive you can make up to 20$ an hour but I worked with a lady that had a extremely fast pick rate she had been there 25 years. And was only making around 17$ an hour. Nobody makes more than she did. The work is physical and tiring
And after the end of a 12/16 hour shift most of us would literally just go home and cry from the pain, I’m not kidding. There was 3 people in my time working there drop down on the floor in tears
Crying because how bad they was hurting.
I’m 19 and some nights my legs was so sore they would start jumping and shaking and I couldn’t sleep, imagine what it’s done to these older people with carpel tunnel than can barley walk and get out of bed.
