Pros

The work doesn’t change. One of the few consistency’s with this company. Equipment and the other drivers are nice.

Cons

There is no honest pay for drivers. It’s always better to be able to calculate your checks but here that can’t be done. And the pay stubs look like they were taken from a Giza pyramid! Which constantly makes you feel like your being shorted.

Pros

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Cons

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

Cons

Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
