      Pros

      Pros: new tractors…that’s about it

      Cons

      Management is terrible and does not care about driver issues/concerns only care about getting product delivered even if it’s not safe or legal. Paychecks are always messed up. Must write your info down and double check your pay every week. Trailers are in terrible shape. Have been put out of service numerous times due to them and they never get fixed when written up until it’s too late. Some management has no commercial driving experience or experience with equipment but try telling you what to do. Over work you!! Had ti have been rescued plenty of times for being out of hours. 12-16 hr days

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced

      Position aligns heavily with company growth goal. Seen as a very important position.

      Very competitive market with other companies battling. Can lose customers very easily.
