      Indifference towards continuing education or providing advancement opportunities, condescending management, threatening attitude, ineffective processes to initiate changes that directly impact metrics or complete lack of care to accurately report metrics.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
