      Pros

      other than paid holidays there are very few to talk about or mention.

      Cons

      no hourly pay and have nothing to show for it at all. no room for advancement. no consideration for bright ideas and little input other than "get the freight off the truck ASAP!"

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
