      Pros

      Some really great people to work with Good for a very independant person Lots of travel if you like to do that Good benefits The "core" group of my coworkers has been there for 10+ years

      Cons

      LOW PAY You probably wont move up at all unless you have a Bachelor's degree The new people dont usually stick around so that leads to a very busy schedule for everyone else Long days waiting for your deliveries to arrive Upper management is terrible and doesnt take responsibility for their own mistakes/oversights.

      No pros at this company

      Cons

      Everything they will lie to you. As a Driver you are required to get a 10 hrs reset these people have you working while in sleeper berth. They write you up for anything meanwhile they are short drivers. Drivers are overworked and the drivers that are there don’t say anything about how illegal they run.
