Bad management and hostile working environment - Accounts Receivable Core-Mark Employee Review

Pros

There are not a lot of pros to this company/job but they do have a nice campus, the benefits are also pretty decent and sometimes the campus has activities to do (this is NOT put on by the company)

Cons

Supervisors/Managers who stalk your LinkedIn page to see if you’re applying for other jobs. HR will bully you for asking for a pay raise and give you a warning for talking about pay at work. You will be paid unfairly. Supervisors will hold you verbally hostage to talk about politics and their views on social issues. Personally I was poked and had my hair pulled multiple times and HR did not care. I was also reprimanded for having COVID and having to work from home. Supervisors/managers will also tell everyone your personal business (death in the family, personal issues, doctor’s appointments, things said to them in PRIVATE). The inside of the office is terrible unless you work on the top floor with all of the “important” people. Management will play favorites and certain people will be able to get away with everything under the sun (sometimes even drive their employees to work and hang out with them outside of work).
