Pros

exposure to large scale AI hardware operations, competitive pay and benefits, company has plenty of capital right now.

Cons

zero trust environment. you will receive a new laptop with the latest tech and quickly learn you are locked out of it and only permitted to run a web browser, slack, and zoom for the most part. the remainder of your work is to be performed on a virtual desktop, so this is just a thinclient. both VM and thinclient have productivity monitoring software installed. ////// sexual harassment training is 3 hours long and unskippable. not your average training. again another indicator of zero trust of employees. ////// workaholic culture combined with productivity monitoring can be incredibly stressful //////// fast growth has lead to a lot of disorganization and there is a lack of project management. a lot of work originates and revolves around slack threads.

Pros

The work environment is incredibly fast-paced, offering opportunities for professional growth. I enjoyed leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology, and the experience of working for a company in a state of hyper-growth was both exhilarating and exciting.

Cons

The company culture leans heavily toward a "tech bro" atmosphere that often feels unprofessional. While the environment encourages authenticity, it frequently crosses the line into inappropriateness, such as when a C-suite member used a racially insensitive term during an all-hands meeting. Beyond the problematic culture, the work environment is highly unforgiving. Employees are expected to consistently perform at a high level while working 60–80 hours per week, yet there is zero loyalty from leadership. The company demands total excellence, but even a minor mistake often results in management immediately planning to replace someone, even while they are training their successor.
