Pros

Collaborative environment and lots of growth potential opportunities for both the company and individual contributors.

Cons

Still very much a start-up in mindset, with new processes and tools being rolled out every day. The customer and the DC build is king so things change on a dime.

Pros

The work environment is incredibly fast-paced, offering opportunities for professional growth. I enjoyed leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology, and the experience of working for a company in a state of hyper-growth was both exhilarating and exciting.

Cons

The company culture leans heavily toward a "tech bro" atmosphere that often feels unprofessional. While the environment encourages authenticity, it frequently crosses the line into inappropriateness, such as when a C-suite member used a racially insensitive term during an all-hands meeting. Beyond the problematic culture, the work environment is highly unforgiving. Employees are expected to consistently perform at a high level while working 60–80 hours per week, yet there is zero loyalty from leadership. The company demands total excellence, but even a minor mistake often results in management immediately planning to replace someone, even while they are training their successor.
