Pros

According to data from LinkedIn Premium, the average employee tenure is .8 years. The data speaks for itself, this is a terrible company with a horrible cliquey culture built on nepotism.

Cons

Did you think it was a red flag when the recruiters pitched the company's founders as "self-proclaimed finance bros"? Absolutely. Did you think it was unusual that their offer letter expired after only a few days, obviously showing their inclination towards high pressure sales tactics? Yes, you did. This company is a giant red flag and will definitely lose in the market given that its founders have no experience in the technology industry.

Pros

The work environment is incredibly fast-paced, offering opportunities for professional growth. I enjoyed leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology, and the experience of working for a company in a state of hyper-growth was both exhilarating and exciting.

Cons

The company culture leans heavily toward a "tech bro" atmosphere that often feels unprofessional. While the environment encourages authenticity, it frequently crosses the line into inappropriateness, such as when a C-suite member used a racially insensitive term during an all-hands meeting. Beyond the problematic culture, the work environment is highly unforgiving. Employees are expected to consistently perform at a high level while working 60–80 hours per week, yet there is zero loyalty from leadership. The company demands total excellence, but even a minor mistake often results in management immediately planning to replace someone, even while they are training their successor.
