Pros

• Free lunches • Affordable but decent insurance • Unlimited PTO • Okay pay

Cons

• All the management is inexperienced and aren't qualified to lead a starving child to a buffet. • Everyone in HR has been at the company less than 5 months and have ZERO previous experience. They will threaten you with termination, but refuse to elaborate on what you did wrong, if anything at all. Which is illegal. • Disorganized onboarding, no training, and very low standards for repair quality. • Hiring is at best chosen based solely on race and gender, not technical ability, and at worst pure nepotism. • My own manager refuses to discipline employees because he is a "founding member" and therefore has several MILLION dollars worth of shares, but he isn't vested in them for another two years. He is just costing to get his shares and the six figure manager pay.

Pros

The work environment is incredibly fast-paced, offering opportunities for professional growth. I enjoyed leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology, and the experience of working for a company in a state of hyper-growth was both exhilarating and exciting.

Cons

The company culture leans heavily toward a "tech bro" atmosphere that often feels unprofessional. While the environment encourages authenticity, it frequently crosses the line into inappropriateness, such as when a C-suite member used a racially insensitive term during an all-hands meeting. Beyond the problematic culture, the work environment is highly unforgiving. Employees are expected to consistently perform at a high level while working 60–80 hours per week, yet there is zero loyalty from leadership. The company demands total excellence, but even a minor mistake often results in management immediately planning to replace someone, even while they are training their successor.
