Pros

Coming straight out of the operational side of hospitality COREcruitment was my first job in an office, so I was a little nervous about how I would adapt but the seniors made me feel really welcome and appreciated from the start. The training and development opportunities here are great! Krishnan organises loads of events and team bonding exercises for us too creating a great team spirit. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

I guess the down side would be regretting candidates when they are unsuccessful at final stage. It's never nice to give someone bad news

Good training. Good exposure to the industry. It’s one of the best agencies covering the hospitality sector

Cons

Core only covers hospitality and service. Might be a limitation if you want to experience more than those sectors.
