Working Overtime with NO Additional Pay, Very Low Salary, Very Little Merit Increases Per Year, No Work-Life Balance, Poor Management, Poor Culture, Lots of Favoritism, Lack of Training, and Tools and Technologies are not Functional and State of the Art.

Pay is pretty solid. They do annual increases, discretionary bonus and profit share. So the salary can grow over time.
