Pros
it gives you a peek of the credit union industry and its processes. if you plan to stay your whole live in one industry and learning one single way of solving the credit union problems then by all means. Only fine if you intern here or if this is your first job. Sales does a good job of bringing new customers, but the success doesn't spread among all employees (only the inner circle).
Cons
- Crappy benefits - Toxic environment, micro management runs rampant - Open wide office (only those in the clique have special offices), so your monitor can be seen by everyone no privacy - One single monolithic library that's developed by the founder, you have to learn this library to thrive, this of course will not help you anywhere else (wasted years) - Below the average salaries
