Pros

- All the dev squads are really helpful and understanding of new hires. - Management is pretty chill, and I've never really had any negative experiences with anybody in the company so far. - Lots of flexibility with when/where you can work. If I feel like sleeping in any day, I can do so and then make up the time by working later. There's a chill culture at least on the developer side of being flexible as long as you get your tickets done.

Cons

- Corelation uses it's own library, which on one hand is nice because the developers don't have to worry as much about things like application security, lost pointers, etc etc, but also it means that the work isn't as relevant outside of the company. - There's definitely some corporate "overhappiness" with upper management, but I don't have to be too involved with it and it doesn't really affect me. - Not a ton of hand-holding with training, and lots of stuff to learn before you have any confidence in messing with the code. - The benefits are good but not spectacular. One plus for remote workers though is that Corelation will fly you out twice a year or so for corporate parties.

Pros

Pay is pretty solid. They do annual increases, discretionary bonus and profit share. So the salary can grow over time.
