Pros
Very detailed and structured work from on-boarding training to everyday work. Diverse project work as it offers consulting services for pharma. Multiple analytical instruments available which enables you to learn a lot on the job. Nice work environment with nice colleagues.
Cons
Still not such a big company, so has room for improvement in terms of benefits. If you are very experienced in this particular field, it can get boring as the work is very structured and project scope is defined already before getting into your hands.
