Pros

Compensation, Benefits, Company Moral, Leadership, Professional development. Even as a remote worker it's very clear Cornerstone cares deeply about their employees and always looking to do something extra to make them feel appreciated. This goes a long way, keep it up :)

Cons

None that come to mind

Pros

They have some good contracts. If you do great work they bend over backwards to keep you. Overall good people who stay out of your way and let you work, great pay. It's a contracting company; I was contracted with GD, fully remote.

Cons

401k vesting is 3 yrs

Pros

Salary is OK given the circumstances

Cons

This company WILL tell you to leave the day you give 2 weeks resignation notice. Internal employees ethics are questionable at best.

Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely strive to develop our employees, support them in creating a meaningful work/life balance and career, and we do genuinely care about each one, so it’s disappointing to hear you felt that wasn’t your experience. If you’d like to give more feedback to our management team, we’d be happy to speak more with you, please feel free to reach out by calling the main number on our website or emailing info@csdef.com. Regards, Reilly Leonard, COO
