Pros
This is the best company that I have worked for by a long shot. I think Cornerstones purpose statement says it all "To Provide a Better Place for People to Work". This statement is not just put on the wall or just said to make the employees feel better. This statement is back up by five Core Values (integrity, honesty, respect, loyalty, and never satisfied) that are practiced by ever employee you meet. Cornerstone is a better place for people to work, but the employees don't just work here, they are all striving to make Cornerstone better. Not only a better place to work, but a better company as a whole. It seems every employee comes to work searching for a way to do the job better today than yesterday. Not because they are being forced to but because they want to. The management / Sr. staffs at Cornerstone lead by building fires in their employees and not under them. Their doors are always open, you can literally walk in to their office and they will listen to you. This company has been nothing but a blessing; we are growing and will continue to grow. I wish everyone could work for a company like this.
Cons
I have not seen anything that could be considered a con. Cornerstone has the same issues that any group of people have when they are working toward a common goal, but it is the way they handle the problem is what sets Cornerstone apart from others. I read in the comments below there was not a good work/life balance. There is no doubt you will work hard here, but also you will play hard as well. One thing that is preached here is family, if you have something you need to be at ( kids program, soccer game, doctors appointments ect) everyone here will work to help you make it happen! If you want to be apart of building something then this is a wonderful place to be.
