Many customers have been with them since the company was formed in 1997, and even prior when part of a previous company. There is a lot to be said for that kind of customer loyalty. But loyalty doesn't stop with the customers. Cornerstone has a very low employee turnover rate. Many employees have been here 10; 15; 20+ years. Employees are treated fairly and with dignity and respect. Management is approachable and listens to concerns. The ESOP is an added benefit not only financially but also provides employees a sense of pride and ownership of the company. Great company to work for.
