Pros

The Culture at Cornerstone is the best I have ever experienced in my career. Senior leadership meets with new hires in their first week with the company, and makes a true effort to get to know staff. The work can be stressful - the transportation industry is experiencing unprecedented supply chain issues - but managers support the staff as best as possible. And to top it all off, Cornerstone is 100 percent employee owned! So, in addition to having a 401K option, you can earn additional retirement funds through the ESOP Plan.
