Cornerstone is known for having nice employees and a great corporate culture and we are glad you feel the same. However, it appears we need to improve making sure all employees feel they can be involved in our annual office celebrations, i.e. Superbowl parties, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream visits, Halloween costume contests, Ugly Christmas Sweater competitions, Youth Village Holiday Heroes programs, Toys for Tots toy drives, Mid-South Food Bank collections, LifeBlood donations, NBA ticket opportunities, birthday & anniversary celebrations and more. We pride ourselves on teamwork and a great employee culture. Our purpose statement is “To Provide a Better Place for People to Work”, with core values of Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty, Respect and Never Satisfied. The average age of our current employees is 46 and the average age of our 2016 hires has been 34.
