Pay, exposure to manufacturing footprint, many business units to get exposure to if you want.
Cons
Completely stuck in its own old proud ways. Not open to others thoughts or actually improving. Zero mindset of continuous improvement. Metrics change yearly and are measured and tweaked as functional leadership pleases to make something look good. Lack of accountability with performance. Engrained and entitled culture for legacy teams. Stifling and exhausting. Feels wrong how business is operated across functions.
