      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good. Although the 401k plans lack a lot of options, the company contributed and provides a pension.

      Cons

      The company as a whole seems slow to adapt change and considering a good portion of their products are technology driven, it seems like it's simmering you'd want to excel at.
