Pros
The people you work with day to day are fantastic. There is always new technology to learn and new experiences to have.
Cons
Current leadership is more interested in appeasing Wall Street than doing what's best for the business to make it another 160 years. It's changed a lot from the company I started with, and not in a great way. I'm crossing my fingers but worried.
